About Me
I know what it's like to question everything and start again. After decades in IT, I made my own career transition to become a professional coach in 2018. That experience of uncertainty, exploration, and eventual clarity shapes everything I do today.
Based in Galway, in the West of Ireland, I live with my wife Linda and our collection of cats and dogs. I hold a Professional Certified Coach Credential from the International Coach Federation, with over 4,000 hours of coaching experience serving clients worldwide.

My journey hasn't been straightforward. I was born with a disability and have been a wheelchair user all my life. This experience has given me a profound understanding of what's truly possible, even when faced with limitations. This perspective helps me guide clients beyond their perceived limits to realise their potential for growth and change.
I'm as much a mentor as I am a coach. Space is the key to everything I do. I hold a Professional Certified Coach Credential from the International Coach Federation, with a wealth of coaching experience serving clients worldwide. But beyond the credentials, my life experiences have cultivated deep empathy that allows me to connect with clients on a meaningful level.
In this space, you gain deeper understanding of your challenges, goals, and options. I provide an environment where you feel truly understood and supported. When we work together, you'll feel truly seen and heard, which is essential for lasting transformation. You'll explore your challenges in an environment where your experiences are met with empathy and understanding. This is the foundation for authentic change.
